Hello and welcome to DSN!

My name is Lorna Burley and I am the Chair of the Diaspora Support Network (DSN). I have extensive experience in leadership and governance, supporting organisations to develop strong foundations and deliver impactful work. My roles have involved strategic oversight, team leadership, and guiding organisational growth.

DSN is taking an important stand by addressing the needs of foreign national detainees and deportees—an area that is often misunderstood and under-supported. I am proud to be part of an organisation that is committed to creating opportunities for rehabilitation and positive change.

I am very encouraged by the direction DSN is taking, particularly with innovative initiatives such as the Abeng! project. I look forward to working alongside the team and our communities to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes.
